Casino Niagara - Just up Clifton Hill a little, it's walkable
for most people, and across from the falls, Casino Niagara brings you an accessible
gambling spot featuring 2,700 slots and video poker machines on four levels.
This is the first casino built in Niagara Falls. It is less flamboyant than
the Fallsview venue further up the hill. Each level is accessible but all but
one level, level 2, are smoking floors. There are also table games including
Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Baccarat. There are accessible tables for people
in chairs - Slots, tabletop slot machines, video tables are accessible.
There is valet parking on site or you can roll in. Shuttles from off-site parking
can hold up to two wheelchairs . Shuttles leave from two parking areas. There
are seven restaurants in the casino. Escalators are the main floor-to-floor
transport in the casino but there is an elevator. If you need to use the elevator,
ask staff, and they'll be glad to help you. There is a language pin program
in effect at the casino and employees who speak languages other than English
wear a pin telling you what language they speak. Anyone unable to speak English
may converse through them.
